The Idea Was Simple.
So Is the Business.
If you run a hydrovac crew in Colorado Springs, you know the drill: finish the job, then spend half your afternoon figuring out where to dump the spoils. Drive across town. Wait in line. Pay whatever they feel like charging that day. Then do it all again tomorrow.
Mud Dawgs started with a straightforward observation — there wasn't a purpose-built, contractor-friendly dump site in this market that treated hydrovac disposal as a real service rather than an afterthought. So we built one. Then we built a second one to cover the other half of the city.
We set flat rates because contractors deserve to know what something costs before they pull in. We opened trade accounts because your drivers shouldn't need to carry cash or a card on every run. We built an RFID system because your crews work before 7am and after 5pm, and a dump site that closes when the work doesn't isn't actually a solution.
The model is simple: you bring it, we take it. No surprises on the ticket. No waiting on a call back. Just a place to dump your load, a receipt in hand, and back on the road.
